　　饮食不当让身体早熟

　　上午10点，一位家长领着自己还在上小学的女儿来到义诊现场上海新华医院主任医师陆涛的诊房。“刚才的小学生今年才9岁，不仅身体第二性征发育明显，而且就在前段时间出现了第一次月经，这么早就出现这种现象显然是不正常的。



”陆涛将其归纳为典型的身体发育性早熟。

　　据这位学生家长介绍，由于家庭条件比较好，什么好吃就吃什么，其他的食物基本很少涉及。由于上班原因无法照料小孩，长期以来，孩子每天中午都是吃保姆送去的肯德基，而且孩子格外喜欢吃草莓。通过分析，陆医生向这位家长解释，之所以孩子出现这种现象，很可能就是因为后天的饮食造成的，偏食、激素、膨化类食品吃的多很容易促成发育过早。

　　陆涛主任还告诉记者，有很多情况都是长期片面地吃某种食物过多引起的疾病。曾经有一位30多岁的女性，听说豆浆的好处多后，竟然坚持每天喝两水瓶豆浆，结果出现了本不该出现的妇科病。
